Orders

How do I place an order?

Just browse our shop, choose your item and size, and click “Add to Cart.” Checkout is fast, secure, and takes just a minute.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of placing them. After that, they are already in production and cannot be changed.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! You can include a gift message at checkout. We're also working on offering gift wrapping in select regions.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship from various fulfillment centres across the globe. Canadian orders typically ship from Mississauga, Ontario. U.S. orders ship from locations such as Los Angeles or North Carolina. European orders are usually fulfilled from Latvia or Spain.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Including Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Europe, Australia, Japan, Brazil, and more. View the full list here.

How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery times are 10–15 business days, depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, or VAT, depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items. Return shipping costs are not covered by us. Read our Return Policy here.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Simply follow the return steps, and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?

We're so sorry! Email us at info@wearboldlabel.com with photos and details and we’ll make it right ASAP.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you charge in Canadian dollars?

Yes! All prices are listed and charged in CAD.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! Our site uses secure checkout encryption and trusted payment gateways.

Sizing & Product Info

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a looser fit.

What printing methods do you use?

We use both direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing technologies, offering high-quality, vibrant prints on premium garments.

How do I care for my printed apparel and accessories?

To prevent cracking or fading, wash items cold, inside-out, on gentle, and hang-dry when possible. Full product care guide here.

Gifting & Packaging

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes! Enter their shipping address at checkout. You can also include a personal note.

Do you include invoices or pricing in the package?

No. We keep it clean for gifting purposes. You’ll receive all receipts by email.

Yes! All of our designs are either original creations or reinterpretations of public domain works under fair use.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, we collect GST/HST and provincial taxes as required by Canadian law.
