Wash garments inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent and similar colours. Only use non-chlorine bleach when absolutely necessary. Avoid fabric softeners and do not dry clean. You may tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-drying is preferred to preserve print quality. When ironing, turn the garment inside out and use a cool iron. Never iron directly over the design.

To maintain the print, wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle using only the recommended amount of detergent. Do not use fabric softeners. Tumble-drying on low is acceptable, but air-drying will help extend the life of the print. Iron only on the reverse side with a cool setting and avoid ironing over the print.

Embroidered items should be washed inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colours. A small amount of chlorine bleach may be used, though non-chlorine bleach is a safer choice. If you see colour residue in the water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water followed by cold water, without scrubbing the embroidery. Embroidered clothing may also be dry-cleaned. After washing, do not soak or leave the garment wet in a pile. Avoid wringing. Tumble-dry on a cool setting or air-dry. Iron inside-out, ideally between two cloths. Do not wet embroidery before ironing or use steam.

These items should be spot-cleaned using a damp cloth. Hats and shoes may be hand-washed in cold water if needed—avoid using brushes. Do not machine-wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean. Always refer to the product label for any additional guidance.

Machine-wash aprons in cold water (maximum 30ºC/86ºF) without bleach. Tumble-dry on a low cycle for best results.

All-over print backpacks, fanny packs, and duffle bags should be hand-washed only and not bleached, tumble-dried, or dry-cleaned. These may be ironed on low heat.
Totes and drawstring bags can be machine-washed cold without bleach. Do not tumble-dry or dry-clean. Iron with low heat if needed.

Pillowcases can be machine-washed in cold water without bleach. Avoid tumble-drying and dry-cleaning. They may be ironed on a low setting. Pillow inserts must not be washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned.

Machine-wash cold with like colours at temperatures no higher than 30ºC/86ºF. Do not bleach or dry-clean. Air-drying is ideal, but low tumble-drying is acceptable when needed.

Remove the phone from the case and clean it using a soft cloth or sponge dampened with water and mild soap. Gently wipe in circular motions and let it air-dry completely. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners as they may discolour or remove the print.

Our glossy and coloured ceramic mugs are dishwasher- and microwave-safe. For best longevity, we recommend hand-washing to protect the printed design and coating.

Hand-wash only. Dishwashers are not recommended, as high heat may affect the vacuum seal.

To remove odours, mix water and a few drops of essential oil (such as tea tree) in a spray bottle. Lightly spray the mat and wipe with a towel. For deeper cleaning, use a towel soaked in mild soapy water to gently scrub the surface. Rinse, then allow the mat to air-dry completely or wipe dry with a clean towel.

Hand-wash using warm water and a gentle, neutral detergent. Air-dry only.
