Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 5 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

1) Contact Us

Email our support team at info@wearboldlabel.com with your order number and reason for return.

2) Return Instructions

We’ll provide you with step-by-step return guidelines. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3) Ship Your Item

Package your item securely in its original packaging (with all tags attached) and ship it using your preferred carrier.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, colour, or design, simply follow the return steps above.

For a quicker turnaround, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original. Once your return is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you’ll be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, your order will be processed and any changes will need to be made through the return process.

 

Gift Returns

If you received a Bold Label item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, we’re happy to help!

Please reach out to us at info@wearboldlabel.com with the order number (if available) or the name of the purchaser. Once verified, we’ll issue you a store credit or assist with an exchange of equal value.

Note: Refunds for gifts will not be issued to the recipient's payment method.
